Equip&Dine Asia and SEAsia Café Expo to be held This August 28th-30th

Equip&Dine Asia and SEAsia Café Expo will be held on the 28th - 30th August. Two of the region's best food service and culinary industry events, they serve to showcase the future of multi-sensory dining to thousands of regional and international visitors from the restaurant and cafés sector within the region. They also work as a way for peers within the industry to discover the industry’s latest innovations and technology, gather insights from the leading voices and catch talented individuals in action at thrilling competitions. 
Event highlights to look forward to include conference sessions centered around the themes of The Business of Innovation (28 August) and The Dangerous Liaisons: Foodservice Now (29 August). For these two days, prominent industry names like Chef Janice Wong, Impossible Foods’ Henry Woodward-Fisher, KOI’s Chef Reynold Poernomo will be talking about the topics as they are experts in their fields.  Also organised by Equip&Dine Asia will be the Most Gracious Host Challenge, where passionate home-chefs will be creating a multi-sensory, 3-course menu , as well as the Table Dressing Challenge, where catering and banquet operations professionals will be asked to turn a meal into an event by showcasing their skills in the art of table dressing. 

At SEAsia Café Expo, take the chance to witness Singapore’s finest gelato craftsmen display their professionalism and creative prowess at the Singapore Gelato Championship. You can also watch how skilled baristas make beautiful latte art without having to manually steam and froth the milk at the Barista Redefined Challenge. Highlights also include 'The Italian Summer’ by LEVELS Studio, an experiential hospitality design studio that will showcase how restaurant operators can deliver bespoke and multi-sensory experiences across different customer touchpoints.
The Citrus Concept is a showcase of a uniquely designed space staging four kiosks serving different cuisines, but ingeniously sharing one common kitchen. There will be demos for each kiosk from 11am to 3.30pm daily.
